What could have happened? Was this his Halloween Costume? Did he loose a bet?

The hilarious footage was filmed in the Spotland area of Rochdale by a group of guys in a car.
Despite it being the middle of October, the man doesn’t seem too phased by the ‘inappropriate’ clothing as he makes his way home.

The video of the unnamed man walking home in female lingerie has since gone viral after it was uploaded to YouTube on November 2, with the caption ‘Rochdale..heavy night’. The men in the car can be heard saying ‘this is Rochdale everybody – this is Rochdale’ before he appears in the footage, which sparks jeers and laughter.
Even though the man is wearing next to nothing, he doesn’t react to the men who drive past him.
According to Facebook posts, the fearless man had reportedly attended a Halloween party the night before.
