GRAPHIC IMAGES: TRANSGENDER SHOT IN PAKISTAN FOR REFUSING TO GIVE PORN VIDEOS TO EXTORTIONISTS

A transgender activist was shot and injured by unknown criminals in Faqirabad police station limits in Pakistan on Sunday night. Media reports suggested that "Alisha, a Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Trans Action Alliance coordinator, was shot six times after refusing a group of extortionists, who had reportedly been seeking access to her porn videos for a long time. After the incident, she was immediately shifted to Lady Reading Hospital in Peshawar in critical condition".

A woman who lost her eyes in an acid attack was reportedly gang-raped in Layyah district of Punjab, hospital sources said on Friday.

The victim, who is in her 30s, lost her eyesight in the year 2002 when she was attacked with acid.
Local police registered a First Information Report (FIR) at the Kot Sultan Police Station when she approached them on Friday. She also recorded her statement in which she claimed that she was gang raped by Younis and his two accomplices.

A husband divorced his wife hours after their wedding because she was too busy texting her friends to consummate the marriage.

The groom took his Saudi bride back to their hotel room after the ceremony in the city of Jeddah.

But when he tried to get intimate with her, he was pushed away by his wife because she was trying to respond to congratulatory messages from friends on her phone.

She became angry when he asked her to stop. A relative told Saudi daily Al Watan: 'The groom tried to get closer with her and more intimate, but he was shocked when she ignored him, not responding to his words and action.

'When he asked her if her friends were more important than he was, the bride answered that they were.'

The argument became heated and the groom stormed out of the hotel, telling his wife that he wanted a divorce.

Gulf News, which cited Al Watan, reported that a court had referred the case to a reconciliation committee, but the husband insisted on a divorce.

A scorned woman in Kenya took revenge on her lover by defecating on their motel room bed after her secret lover, a popular fisherman in the area, short-changed and left her stranded at the facility.

A pastor in Kenya was caught fingering a cow in the bush. A resident walking by caught the pastor, named Owino as he fingered the grazing cow and raised alarm. According to reports, upon hearing the alarm, "locals, armed with crude weapons, arrived at the crime scene, baying for the offender’s blood".

A bus driver in Ghana was beaten up by workers thought to be from the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) for allegedly stealing a cellphone. The driver's colleagues at the bus terminal where the incident took place maintained that he wasn't a thief but their claims did not stop him from being beaten up. The assaulted driver was taken to the hospital for treatment.
