THE MAN WITH 132 POUNDS SCROTUM
Wesley Warren, Jr had a 132 pound scrotum because he suffered from scrotal lymphedema. It must have been torture moving around with such weight.
He had surgery to reduce his scrotum on April 2013. Below is his post surgery picture.
Warren died in March of 2014 of complications from diabetes. May his soul rest in peace, amen.
