Mattel, the makers of the popular doll, Barbie announced that they will be releasing a doll in honor of film director, Ava Duvernay. Ava Duvernay is the Director of the movie Selma and the first black woman whose film (Selma) was nominated for Best Picture at the Academy Awards.
